摘要
自20世纪90年代,就业质量被正式提出之后,就业质量的影响因素便成为就业质量研究的核心问题。以亚洲一流大学的浦项科技大学为例,从就业质量的视角出发,探析其成功背后的缘由,辨析高校教育与提高就业质量之间的关系,力求为我国的教学实践和提高大学生的就业质量提供有益的借鉴和参考。
The influencing factors on the employment quality has become the core issue in the study of employment quality since it was formally put forward in1990s. This paper takes Asian first-class Pohang University of Science and Technology as an example to analysis the reasons behind its success from the perspective of employment quality, to distinguish the relationship between university education and employment quality improvement and therefor try to offer some valuable references to our teaching practice and employment quality improvement.
