针刺理疗并用治疗退行性膝关节炎临床效果分析

An analysis of treating retrogressive gonarthritis by acupuncture plus physiotherapy

目的:研究分析针刺理疗并用治疗退行性膝关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年2月-2016年1月我院收治的退行性膝关节炎患者90例,将患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组45例。治疗组给予针刺并理疗方案治疗,对照组给予单纯理疗。观察所有患者治疗前后病情变化,比较两组治疗总有效率。结果:观察组临床总有效率显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取针刺理疗并用治疗退行性膝关节炎临床疗效显著,值得临床推广及应用。

Objective: To study effects of acupuncture plus physiotherapy on retrogressive gonarthritis. Methods: 90 cases wererandomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 45 cases in each group. The observation group was treated byacupuncture plus physiotherapy; the control group was given physiotherapy. The changes of the condition were observed; the efficacyin groups was compared. Results: The clinical efficiency in the observation group was significantly better (P<0.05), with a statisticallysignificant difference. Conclusion: Acupuncture and physiotherapy shows a remarkable, is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
