摘要
目的:研究面瘫患者实施中医针灸治疗的症状缓解效果。方法:选取我院2010年6月-2016年5月收治的面瘫患者90例为研究对象,根据治疗方式将研究中的所有患者分为观察组与对照组,两组均采用中医针灸进行治疗,对照组采用中医传统取穴法,观察组采用局部取穴加辨证取穴以及辨病取穴的方式,对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:观察组的症状总缓解率要高于对照组。结论:局部取穴加辨证取穴以及辨病取穴治疗面瘫的效果十分明显,在临床上具有良好的推广价值。
Objective: Clinical effects of acupuncture on facial paralysis were analyzed. Methods: 90 cases were selected as researchobjects and randomized into the observation group and the control group. The control group received TCM conventional acupoints. Theobservation group was given local acupoints, syndrome differentiation plus disease differentiation acupoints. Clinical effects in groups werecompared. Results: Symptoms total remission in the observation group was higher. Conclusion: Local acupoints, syndrome differentiationplus disease differentiation acupoints on facial paralysis showed favourable effects, and was worthy of promotion.
