补肾法治疗排卵障碍性不孕的疗效初步评定

Preliminary assessment on treating ovulatory disorder infertility by the Bushen therapy

目的：探索补肾法治疗排卵障碍性不孕的疗效。方法：纳入2013年3月-2015年3月收治的排卵障碍性不孕患者100例，按照随机数字表法分组，治疗组患者在西药促排卵治疗的同时给予中医补肾法治疗；对照组患者施行西药促排卵治疗，对比两组患者卵泡直径为18～20mm时的子宫内膜厚度、排卵率、妊娠率。结果：治疗组50例，共促排122个周期，排卵周期98个，子宫内膜厚度≥8mm者93个周期，妊娠数33例；对照组50例，共促排134个周期，排卵周期102个，子宫内膜厚度≥8mm者81个周期，妊娠数18例。治疗组妊娠率明显高于对照组，差异经x2检验有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：补肾法治疗排卵障碍性不孕的疗效确切，有助于改善患者的子宫内膜厚度，增加妊娠率，值得推广。

Objective: To investigate clinical efficacy of the Bushen therapy on ovulatory disorder infertility. Methods: 100 caseswere randomized into 2 groups. The treatment group received ovulation induction with western medicine plus the Bushen therapy. Thecontrol group was given ovulation induction with western medicine barely. When follicular diameter of patients in groups was 18~20mm,endometrial thickness, ovulation rate and pregnancy rate were compared. Results: In the treatment group, 122 cycles were gained; therewere 93 cycles of endometrial thickness more than 8mm; 33 cases were pregnant. In the control group, 134 cycles were gained; therewere 81 cycles of endometrial thickness more than 8mm; 18 cases were pregnant. Pregnancy rate in the treatment group was higher thanthat in the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion: The Bushen therapy on ovulatory disorder infertility showed exact effects, could improvedendometrial thickness and pregnancy rate, and was worthy of promotion.
