中医骨折三期辨证治疗肱骨近端骨折的疗效分析和探讨

Treating proximal humerus fracture by TCM staging syndrome differentiation

目的:探讨中医骨折三期辨证治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床效果。方法:选取2011年3月-2015年7月我院50例肱骨近端骨折患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组25例。对照组患者接受常规治疗,研究组实施中医骨折三期辨证治疗,随访6个月,使用Neer功能评定标准评价肩关节功能,对两组患者的临床愈合时间、住院时间、Neer评分及并发症情况进行综合比较。结果:研究组的临床愈合时间、住院时间分别为(6.51±1.22)周、(7.33±2.34)d,短于对照组的(9.45±1.46)周、(11.67±3.78)d,P<0.05;研究组Neer评分较对照组优(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:中医骨折三期辨证治疗肱骨近端骨折有显著效果。

Objective: To investigate clinical efficacy of TCM staging syndrome differentiation and treatment on proximal humerusfracture. Methods: From March 2011 to July 2015, 50 patients in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 25 cases for each.The control group was given conventional treatment, and the study group was given TCM staging syndrome differentiation and treatment.All patients were followed up for 6 months. Shoulder joint function was tested by Neer score, and clinical healing time, hospitalization time,Neer score and complications in two groups were compared. Results: Clinical healing time, hospitalization time were (6.51±1.22) weeks,(7.33±2.34) days respectively in the study group, shorten than (9.45±1.46) weeks, (11.67±3.78) days in the control group, P<0.05. Neerscore in the study group was better, with fewer complications, P<0.05. Conclusion: TCM staging syndrome differentiation and treatment onproximal humerus fracture shows a good effect.
