中西医结合治疗早期糖尿病视网膜病变的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating early diabetic retinopathy in the integrative medicine

目的:观察中西医结合治疗早期糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法:将经中西医确诊的Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期的DR患者176例,共335眼,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组88例166眼,观察组88例169眼。两组均给予基础治疗、羟苯磺酸钙胶囊口服治疗,治疗组在此基础上加服中药汤治疗。两组均治疗3个月。结果:对照组有效128眼,占77.1%;无效38眼,占22.9%;观察组有效158眼,占93.5%,无效11眼,占6.5%。两组结果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗早期糖尿病视网膜病变临床疗效显著。

Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine on early diabetic retinopathy. Methods: 176patients (335 eyes) were divided into two groups, 88 cases in each. 166 eyes in the control group were given Basal therapy pluscalcium dobesilate capsules; and 169 eyes in the treatment group were given the TCM decoction more, for 3 months. Results: In thecontrol group, effective was 77.1% (128 eyes); invalid was 22.9% (38 eyes). In the observation group, effective was 93.5% (158eyes); and invalid was 6.5% (11 eyes), P<0.05. Conclusion: The integrative medicine on early diabetic retinopathy shows agood effect.
