中药四妙散加味治疗膝关节骨性关节炎效果评价

Effective evaluation on treating knee osteoarthritis with Simiao San

目的:分析和评价采用中药四妙散加味治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的效果。方法:选取2014年12月-2015年12月我院收治的膝关节骨性关节炎患者124例作为此次实验的研究对象,随机等分成试验组和对照组,各62例。对照组患者服用西药普力得盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊来治疗,试验组患者在按时服用西药的基础上给予中药四妙散加味进行干预。结果:试验组患者治疗后膝关节的活动程度、疼痛程度、局灶均优于对照组,P<0.05;试验组患者治愈率高达58.06%,总有效率为88.71%,而对照组患者总有效率仅为69.35%,P<0.05。结论:采用中药四妙散加味治疗膝关节骨性关节炎效果更好。

Objective: To analyze clinical efficacy of Simiao San on knee osteoarthritis. Methods: From December 2014 to December2015, 124 patients were divided into two groups, 62 cases for each. The control group was given propiconazole glucosamine hydrochloridecapsules; and the experimental group was given Simiao San more. Results: After treatment, knee activity, degree of pain and focal in theexperimental group were better (P<0.05). In the experimental group, the cure rate was 58.06%, and total efficiency was 88.71%. The totalefficiency was 69.35% in the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion: Simiao San on knee osteoarthritis shows a good effect.
