内外合用治疗急性膝关节创伤性滑膜炎120例疗效观察

Effective observation on treating 120 patients with acute traumatic synovitis of knee joint in TCM

目的:观察自拟中药内外合用治疗急性膝关节创伤性滑膜炎120例的临床疗效。方法:自拟中药复方消瘀化湿止痛方内服配合药渣外敷治疗急性膝关节创伤性滑膜炎患者120例。结果:痊愈70例,占58.34%;显效37例,占30.83%;有效9例,占7.50%;无效4例,占3.33%,总有效率为96.67%。结论:自拟中药内外合用治疗急性膝关节创伤性滑膜炎疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective: To observe effects of TCM on 120 patients with acute traumatic synovitis of knee joint. Methods: 120 cases ofacute synovitis of traumatic knee joint were treated with the Xiaoyu Huashi Zhitong prescription. Results: 70 cases (58.34%) recovered; 37cases (30.83%) were markedly effective; 9 cases (7.50%) were effective; 4 cases (3.33%) were ineffective; the total efficiency was 96.67%.Conclusion: TCM on acute traumatic synovitis of knee joint shows a significant effect, and is worthy of promotion.
