百合固金汤加减治疗感染后咳嗽气阴两虚证92例

Treating 92 cases of cough with the Baihe Gujin decoction

目的:探讨百合固金汤对感染后咳嗽气阴两虚证的治疗作用。方法:将92例感染后咳嗽经辨证为气阴两虚证患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组患者口服复方甲氧那明胶囊治疗。治疗组在对照组的基础上,给予百合固金汤加减口服,疗程为1周。观察患者治疗前后症状。结果:两组患者的咳嗽缓解程度和时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论:百合固金汤可以提高感染后咳嗽气阴两虚证患者的临床疗效,有助于缩短病程。

Objective: To study therapeutic effects of the Baihe Gujin decoction on cough. Methods: 92 patients with cough after infection were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group took the Baihe Gujin decoction orally, for 1 week. Results: There was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). The treatment group was better. Conclusion: The Baihe Gujin decoction can improve clinical efficacy on cough after infection, and shorten the course of disease.
