小青龙汤治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期的效果分析

Effects of the Xiaoqinglong decoction on acute attack of bronchial asthma

目的:观察支气管哮喘急性发作期患者应用小青龙汤的治疗效果。方法:选取本院收治的88例哮喘急性发作期患者作为研究对象,根据随机抽取原则,将88例患者平均分为对照组和研究组,对照组患者应用西医常规治疗方法进行治疗,研究组患者在对照组患者治疗基础之上应用小青龙汤进行治疗。1个疗程为14d。治疗1个疗程以后,对患者嗜酸性粒细胞、肺功能以及临床治疗效果进行分析和比较。结果:研究组患者的临床治疗有效率显著高于对照组患者,两组比较,P<0.05,差异显著。研究组患者嗜酸性粒细胞情况和肺功能明显优于对照组患者,两组对比,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:在支气管哮喘急性发作期应用小青龙汤进行治疗,临床效果明显优于单纯西医常规治疗,不仅能够有效提升临床治疗效果,还可以改善患者的肺功能和酸性粒细胞情况。

Objective: To observe the effect of Xiaoqinglong decoction on acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma. Methods:88 patients with acute exacerbation of asthma were randomly divided into the control group and study group. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine. The study group took the Xiao qinglong decoction more. Results:Clinical efficiency in the study group was significantly higher th an that in the control group (P<0.05). The eosinophils and pulmonary function in the study group were significantly better (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Xiaoqinglong decoction is more effective on acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma, and can not only improve the clinical effect, but also improve the pulmonary function and acid granulocyte.
