Idiopathic hypercalciuria shows unknown etiology, the levels of blood calcium were normal, and with increased urinary calcium urine calcium excretion. Simple or asymptomatic gross/microscopic hematuriaa and urinary calculus are most common clinical manifestations of IH. The key to treat IH is to prevent from the formation of urinary calculi.
