中医运用活血通络法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨中医运用活血通络法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变,为该病的治疗提供新方法。方法:以我院2015年5月-2016年2月收治的72例患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各32例。对照组静脉注射硫辛酸,肌肉注射维生素B12、维生素B1;观察组在对照组基础上加用活血通络中药汤剂。观察两组患者疗效及感觉,运动神经中的腓总神经、正中神经传导速度。结果:观察组总有效率为84.6%,显著高于对照组的46.9%,差异显著(P<0.01);两组患者感觉神经、运动神经中的腓总神经和正中神经传导速度、中医证候积分均较治疗前显著改善,且观察组显著优于对照组,比较差异均有显著意义(P<0.001);两组患者不良反应率比较,无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:活血通络法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变效果显著,具有临床应用价值。 Objective: To explore the effect of TCM on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods: 72 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and control group. The control group received intravenous injection of lipoic acid, intramuscular injection of vitamins B12, vitamins B1; the observation group took the Huoxue Tongluo decoction more. Results: The total efficiency was 84.6% in the observation group, significantly higher than 46.9% in the control group (P<0.01). The sensory nerve, the peroneal nerve and the median nerve conduction velocity in the motor nerve was better improved (P<0.001). There was no significant difference in the adverse reaction rate between two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: The Huoxue Tongluo decoction on diabetic peripheral neuropathy is significant effect, with clinical value.
