摘要
目的:探究保守治疗的非特异性下腰痛的中医辨证施护疗效。方法:选择2014年2月-2016年2月于我院行保守治疗的70例非特异性下腰痛患者,随机分为两组。对照组经常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上经中医辨证施护。对比两组的护理效果。结果:治疗、护理后观察组VAS疼痛评分为(13.6±7.0)分,显著低于对照组的(24.6±7.9)分,P<0.05;观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:经中医辨证施护保守治疗非特异性下腰痛可有效缓解患者疼痛,效果良好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To explore conservative treating nonspecific low back pain by TCM nursing. Methods: 70 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Results: The VAS pain score of (13.6±7.0) in the observation group was significantly lower than (24.6±7.9) in the control group (P<0.05); the total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher (P<0.05) . Conclusion:Conservative treating nonspecific low back pain by TCM syndrome differentiation can effectively relieve pain in patients.
