补肾益肝活血方加减治疗早期缺血性股骨头坏死疗效分析

Curative effects of the Bushen Yigan Huoxue decoction on early ischemic necrosis of the femoral head

目的:研究补肾益肝活血方加减治疗早期缺血性股骨头坏死。方法:选择来我院治疗早期缺血性股骨头坏死的患者60例,将其随机分成两组,每组30例。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上口服补肾益肝活血大蜜丸8g,3次/d,连服2个月。对照组在常规治疗的基础上口服补肾益肝活血大蜜丸16g,3次/d,连服2个月。结果:治疗后,治疗组的骨髓水肿情况总有效率明显高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);治疗组的优良率明显高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:补肾益肝活血方加减治疗早期缺血性股骨头坏死效果显著,可以有效提高患者的生活质量,但服用小剂量补肾益肝活血大蜜丸疗效更好。

Objective: To study the treatment for early ischemic necrosis of femoral head with the Bushen Yigan Huoxue decoction.Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group. The treatment group took the conventional treatment plus Bushen Yigan Huoxue Dami Wan for 2 months. The control group took the conventional treatment for 2 months. Results: The total efficiency in the treatment group was significantly higher (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Bushen Yigan Huoxue decoction is effective on early ischemic necrosis of the femoral head, with small dosage of Bushen Yigan Huoxue Dami Wan.
