桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮保守治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效分析

An effective analysis of conservatively treating uterine fibroids with the Guizhi Fuling capsule plus mifepristone

目的:探究桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮保守治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法:选择2013年9月-2015年9月我院收治140例子宫肌瘤患者,将其随机分为两组,对照组经米非司酮治疗,观察组在对照组基础上经桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗,比较两组的疗效。结果:治疗后观察组子宫肌瘤体积显著小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组FSH为(11.1±2.3)μg/L、LH为(10.3±2.2)IU/L、E2为(166.3±35.4)pmol/L、P为(5.1±2.0)nmol/L,均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);在总有效率方面,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮保守治疗子宫肌瘤可显著缩小子宫肌瘤体积,疗效确切,值得临床推广采用。

Objective: Clinical effects of the Guizhi Fuling capsule plus mifepristone on uterine fibroids were analyzed. Methods:140 cases in our hospital from September 2013 to September 2015 were randomized into 2 groups. The control group received mifepristone. The observation group was given the Guizhi Fuling capsule more. Results: Uterine fibroid volume in the observation group was obviously smaller than that in the control group (P<0.05). FSH, LH, E2, P in the observation group were (11.1±2.3)μg/L, (10.3±2.2)IU/L, (166.3±35.4)pmol/L, (5.1±2.0)nmol/L respectively, and lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The total efficiency in the observation group was distinctly higher (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Guizhi Fuling capsule plus mifepristone could obviously shorten uterine fibroid volume, with exact effects, and was worthy of practical applications.
