滋肾固冲治疗排卵期出血80例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 80 cases of ovulatory bleeding in TCM

目的:观察滋肾固冲治疗排卵期出血的临床疗效。方法:将80例排卵期出血的患者随机分成两组。治疗组40例,用滋肾养阴,固冲止血中药治疗,1剂/d,早晚分服,连用10d;下个月月经干净后继续服药,至排卵期后停用,连续3个疗程;对照组40例,给予补佳乐,1mg/d,口服,月经周期第7d开始,连服1周,连续3个疗程,观察并比较两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:滋肾固冲治疗排卵期出血的临床疗效显著,值得临床推广使用。

Objective: To observe clinical effects of Zishen Guchong on ovulation bleeding. Methods: 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups. In the treatment group, 40 cases took the TCM decoction, for 10 days and 3 courses; In the control group, 40 cases were given Bu Jia Le, for 3 courses. Results: The efficacy in the treatment group was better than the control group. Conclusion: Clinical efficacy of Zishen Guchong on ovulation bleeding is more significant.
