中医护理在急诊急救中的运用分析

Application of TCM nursing in emergency

目的:探讨急诊病例急救中应用中医护理的临床价值。方法:选取急诊科患者80例,均为我院急诊科2015年1月-2016年1月收治,应用数字表抽取法随机分组,就采取急诊科常规护理(对照组,n=40)与重视中医护理技术的应用(观察组,n=40)预后展开对比。结果:两组患者在医护前SAS、SDS评分差异不明显(P>0.05),医护后均不同程度降低,观察组地降低幅度较对照组更为明显(P<0.05)。两组均得到有效救治,但观察组护理满意度为95%,显著高于对照组的80%,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:针对临床收治的急诊急救病例,重视中医护理技术的应用,可显著改善患者的心理状态,为各项救治措施合理有效的实施打下良好的基础,确保最大程度改善预后,进而增强护理满意度,有较高的推广应用价值。

Objective: To explore efficacy of TCM nursing on emergency. Methods: 80 cases were divided into the control group and observed group, 40 cases in each group. The control group took conventional western medicine; the observed group received TCM nursing.Results: Difference of SAS and SDS before treatment was not significant (P>0.05). After nursing, scores in both groups were declined,and those in the observed group was lower. The satisfactory was 95% in the observed group, better than 80% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Application of TCM nursing on treating emergency cases can significantly improve psychological state, contribute a good foundation to ensure prognosis, and enhance nursing satisfaction, with a higher value of promotion and application.
