现代人群体质分布较广,其中湿热体质的人比较多,本文针对湿热体质人群,从健康教育方面对其体质进行干预,具体从饮食、运动、情志、避致病因素、夏季调养等方面进行干预,对治未病具有重要意义。

The distribution of constitution is relatively wide in moderns; and peoples of the Shire type were more. In the paper, the Shire type was intervened by health education, including diet, exercise, emotions, avoiding disease factors, nursed back to health in summer and other aspects of intervention. The intervention was effective on treating disease in the future.
