布地奈德联合不同雾化方案治疗AECOPD的疗效观察

Observation of the efficacy of budesonide combined with different atomization formula in the treatment of AECOPD

目的:观察以布地奈德为基础的不同雾化方案对AECOPD的疗效。方法:将因AECOPD住院的患者随机分3组。第1组:布地奈德+特布他林组,第2组:布地奈德+异丙托溴铵组,第3组:布地奈德+特布他林+异丙托溴铵组,对3组按不同方案给予雾化吸入治疗7 d,分析肺功能、血气分析、临床症状的变化。结果:3组对AECOPD均有显著疗效,3药联合明显优于其他2组。结论:雾化治疗对于AECOPD疗效确切,3药联合明显优于两药联合。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of different atomization formula based on budesonide in the treatment of AECOPD.Methods:Hospitalized patients with AECOPD were randomly divided into the 3 groups,the first group:the budesonide and terbutaline group,the second group:the budesonide and ipratropium bromide group,the third group:budesonide and terbutalineand ipratropium bromide group.The 3 groups according to different programs to give atomization inhalation treatment for 7 days.The changes of pulmonary function,blood gas analysis and clinical symptoms were analyzed.Results:The 3 groups had significant effect on AECOPD,the three drugs combination was significantly better than the other two groups.Conclusion:The effect of atomization therapy on AECOPD is definite,and the combination of three drugs is better than two drugs.
