可吸收螺钉与钛合金金属螺钉在踝部骨折中的应用对比

Application comparison of absorbable screw and titanium alloy metal screws in the ankle fracture

目的:探讨可吸收螺钉与钛合金金属螺钉治疗踝部骨折的方法和临床效果。方法:收治手术治疗踝部骨折患者60例,随机分成对照组和观察组各30例。对照组给予钛合金金属螺钉治疗,观察组给予可吸收螺钉治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组患者的治疗优良率及踝与足功能评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对经手术治疗的踝部骨折患者,可吸收螺钉治疗具有显著疗效,且能更好地恢复患者踝关节功能。

Objective:To explore the methods and clinical results of absorbable screw and titanium alloy metal screws in the treatment of ankle fracture.Methods:60 cases of ankle fracture patients with surgical treatment were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 30 cases in each.The control group was given titanium alloy metal screws treatment.The observation group was given absorbable screw treatment.The treatment effects of the two groups were observed.Results:The treatment excellent rate and ankle and foot function score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the ankle fracture patients with surgical treatment,absorbable screw treatment has significant curative effect,and it can better restore the ankle joint function.
