应用臂丛麻醉下肩关节手法松解联合个性化方案治疗肩周炎的临床观察

Clinical observation of application shoulder joint manual relaxation under brachial plexus anesthesia combined with individualized regimen in the treatment of shoulder periarthritis

目的:观察臂丛麻醉下肩关节手法松解联合个性化方案治疗肩周炎的临床效果。方法:收治肩周炎患者90例,分为甲组和乙组各45例。乙组给予臂丛麻醉下肩关节手法松解治疗,甲组在乙组的基础上联合个性化方案治疗。对比两组患者治疗后的总有效率以及治疗前后的疼痛评分。结果:甲组的总有效率明显高于乙组(P<0.05);治疗后,甲组的疼痛评分明显低于乙组(P<0.05)。结论:臂丛麻醉下肩关节手法松解联合个性化方案治疗肩周炎具有显著的临床疗效,有效缓解患者的疼痛。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of shoulder joint manual relaxation under brachial plexus anesthesia combined with individualized regimen in the treatment of shoulder periarthritis.Methods:90 patients with shoulder periarthritis were selected.They were divided into A group and B group with 45 cases in each.B group was given shoulder joint manual relaxation under brachial plexus anesthesia treatment.A group was given individualized regimen treatment on the basis of B group.The total effective rate after treatment and pain scores before and after treatment were compared between groups.Results:The total effectiverate of A group was significantly higher than that of B group(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain score of A group was significantly lower than that of B group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shoulder joint manual relaxation under brachial plexus anesthesia combined with individualized regimen in the treatment of shoulder periarthritis has significant clinical curative effect,and it can relieve the patient's pain.
