“人”字位结合改良截石位在直肠癌手术中的应用研究

Application research of herringbone position combined with improved lithotomy in the operation of rectal cancer

目的:探究"人"字位结合改良截石位在直肠癌手术中的应用效果。方法:行腹腔镜手术治疗直肠癌患者82例,随机分为两组。对照组给予改良截石位,治疗组给予"人"字位结合改良截石位,比较两组舒适度和术后并发症发生情况。结果:治疗组舒适度明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组体位摆放时间明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:"人"字位结合改良截石位应用于直肠癌手术中可提高直肠癌手术患者的舒适度,减少下肢并发症的发生。

Objective: To explore the application effect of herringbone position combined with improved lithotomy in the operation of rectal cancer.Methods:82 cases of patients with rectal cancer treated by laparoscopic surgery were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with improved lithotomy.The treatment group was given herringbone position combined with improved lithotomy.The comfort degree and postoperative complications in the two groups were compared.Results:The comfort degree of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in thecontrol group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The position time of the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application ofherringbone position combined with improved lithotomy in the operation of rectal cancer could improve the comfort degree of patients with rectal cancer surgery and reduce the incidence of complications.
