比较不同剂量低浓度罗哌卡因腰-硬联合麻醉用于下肢手术的麻醉效果

Comparison of the effect of different doses of low concentration ropivacaine combined spinal epidural anesthesia for lower limb surgery

目的:探讨对需行下肢手术的患者施以不同剂量低浓度罗哌卡因进行腰-硬联合麻醉的麻醉效果。方法:收治需行下肢手术治疗的患者60例,随机分成3组,对A、B、C 3组分别给予0.1%的罗哌卡因4.5 mg、6.0 mg和7.5 mg,观察3组患者的麻醉效果。结果:B组患者麻醉有效率、不良反应发生率和麻醉满意度均明显优于A、C两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对需行下肢手术治疗的患者实施0.1%的罗哌卡因6.0 mg进行腰-硬联合麻醉的效果显著,且安全、有效,能显著提升患者在围手术期的舒适程度。

Objective:To investigate the effect of anesthesia for patients undergoing lower limb surgery with different doses of low concentration of ropivacaine for combined spinal epidural anesthesia.Methods:60 patients treated with lower limb surgery were selected.They were randomly divided into the 3 groups,and 0.1% ropivacaine of 4.5 mg,6 mg and 7.5 mg were given in the A,B,C 3 groups.The anesthetic effects of the three groups were observed.Results:Patients in the group B were significantly superior to the group A and the group C in terms of efficiency,adverse reaction rate and satisfaction of anesthesia,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The results showed that 0.1% ropivacaine 6.0 mg for lumbar-epidural anesthesia was safe and effective in the patients undergoing lower extremity operation,and it can significantly improve patients’ comfort during perioperative period.
