修复和重建膝关节多韧带损伤的疗效研究

Study on the repair and reconstruction of multiple ligament injury of the knee

目的:评估采用关节镜进行早期修复与重建治疗膝关节多发性韧带损伤的疗效。方法:收治膝关节多发韧带伤患者52例,在关节镜下自体或异体肌腱移植重建前后交叉韧带,并修复已经断裂的外侧结构或内侧副韧带。结果:患者随访时间平均(18.2±3.3)个月。患者发生半月板损伤合并多发韧带损伤29例。患者的Lyshoulom评分由术前的(33.3±2.6)分提高到随访结束时的(89.1±5.1)分,患者术前与末次随访评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中,优29膝,良19膝,可4膝。结论:关节镜进行早期修复与重建治疗膝关节多发性韧带损伤疗效好、疗程短、费用低。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of early repair and reconstruction in the treatment of multiple ligament injuries of the knee by arthroscopy.Methods:52 patients with multiple ligament injuries of the knee were selected.The anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction with autograft or allograft tendon under arthroscopy was reconstructed,and the lateral or medial collateral ligament was repaired.Results:The average follow-up time was(18.2 ± 3.3)months.Patients with meniscus injury and multiple ligament injury in 29 cases,and the patients' Lyshoulom score was increased from preoperative(33.3±2.6)points to(89.1±5.1)points at the end of the follow-up,and there was a significant difference between the preoperative and the last follow-up scores(P<0.05).Among them,29 knees were superior;19 knees were good;4 knees were fair.Conclusion:Arthroscopic repair and reconstruction for the treatment of multiple ligament injury of the knee with good effect,short course of treatment,low cost.
