骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折的手术治疗

Surgical treatment of osteoporotic femoral intertrochanteric fracture

目的:探讨防旋股骨近端髓内钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法:收治股骨粗隆间骨折患者35例,采用防旋股骨近端髓内钉治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:所有患者均获骨性愈合,Harris功能评分优20例,良14例,可1例,优良率97.1%。结论:防旋股骨近端髓内钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of anti rotation proximal femoral nail in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur.Methods:35 patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur were selected.They were treated with anti rotation proximal femoral nail.We observed the therapeutic effect.Results:All the patients received bone healing.In the Harris function score,20 cases were excellent;14 cases were good;1 case was general;the excellent and good rate was 97.1% .Conclusion:The curative effect of anti rotation proximal femoral nail in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur was significant.
