单侧穿刺经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗老年性椎体骨质疏松性骨折临床疗效分析

Clinical curative effect analysis of unilateral puncture percutaneous kyphoplasty in the treatment of senile osteoporotic vertebral fracture

目的:探讨单侧穿刺经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗老年性椎体骨质疏松性骨折的临床疗效。方法:收治老年性椎体骨质疏松性骨折患者26例,给予单侧穿刺经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗,比较手术前后VAS评分(模拟视觉评分)、JOA评分(日本矫形外科协会评分)以及脊柱后凸角度。结果:患者术后VAS评分、脊柱后凸角度低于手术前,JOA评分高于手术前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:单侧穿刺经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗老年性椎体骨质疏松性骨折临床疗效显著。

Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect analysis of unilateral puncture percutaneous kyphoplasty in the treatment of senile osteoporotic vertebral fracture.Methods:26 cases of elderly patients with osteoporotic vertebral fracture were treated with unilateral puncture percutaneous kyphoplasty.The VAS scores (visual analogue scores),JOA scores (Japanese Orthopaedic Association scores) and kyphosis angle before and after surgery were compared.Results:After operation,the VASscores and kyphosis angle in patients were lower than those before operation;the JOA scores were significantly higher than that before operation,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Unilateral puncture percutaneous kyphoplasty in the treatment of senile osteoporotic vertebral fracture had significant clinical curative effect.
