带蒂筋膜皮瓣在修复皮肤缺损创面中的临床应用

Clinical application of pedicled fascia flap in the repair of skin defect

目的:探讨带蒂筋膜皮瓣在修复皮肤缺损创面中的临床应用。方法:收治皮肤缺损患者32例,采用带蒂筋膜皮瓣移植修复,观察术后皮瓣成活及创面外观、功能恢复等情况。结果:32例中皮瓣完全成活26例,远端或边缘部分坏死5例,经换药后愈合,皮瓣皮肤全部坏死,再次手术1例。结论:带蒂筋膜皮瓣技术简单,操作简便、安全,血供可靠、成功率高等优点,适合修复小面积皮肤缺损创面,特别适合缺乏血管吻合技术及特殊设备的基层医院。

Objective:To investigate the clinical application of pedicled fascia flap in repairing skin defect.Methods:32 patientswith skin defect were selected,all patients were repaired with pedicle fascia flap transplantation,the survival rate of skin flap andthe appearance and function of the skin after operation were observed.Results:In 32 cases,the flap survived completely in 26 cases,and 5 cases had distal or marginal necrosis,all healed after dressing change,skin flap necrosis of the skin,re-operation in 1 case.Conclusion:The pedicled fascia flap technique is simple,easy to operate,safe and reliable,and has the advantages of reliable blood supply,high success rate and so on,suitable for the repair of small area skin defect wounds,especially suitable for lack of vascular anastomosis technology and special equipment of the primary hospital.
