不同麻醉方式下胃癌根治术后患者疼痛程度的对比研究

Comparative study on the degree of pain in patients after radical gastrectomy under different anesthesia

目的:探讨不同麻醉方式下胃癌根治术后患者疼痛程度。方法:收治胃癌根治术患者70例,随机分为两组。对照组给予全身麻醉,观察组给予全身麻醉联合硬膜外麻醉,比较两组术后疼痛程度评分。结果:观察组术后4 h、8 h、12 h、24 h、48 h VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全身麻醉联合硬膜外麻醉可有效控制胃癌根治术患者的术后疼痛。

Objective:To investigate the degree of pain in patients after radical gastrectomy under different anesthesia.Methods:70 cases of patients with radical gastrectomy were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given general anesthesia.The observation group was given general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia.The degree scores of postoperative pain in the two groups was compared.Results:The VAS scores in the observation group in 4 h,8 h,12 h,48 h after operation were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:General anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia could control the postoperative pain in patients with radical gastrectomy effectively.
