急诊内科昏迷患者临床诊治探讨

Clinical diagnosis and treatment of coma patients in emergency internal medicine

目的:探讨内科昏迷患者的病因、诊断要点及急诊急救措施。方法:收治昏迷患者80例,总结发病原因、临床表现和治疗方法。结果:80例患者中,昏迷原因有急性中毒、脑部原发性病变、脑部继发性病变、糖尿病和其他原因。4例患者在急救过程中死亡,8例患者在住院过程中病情突然恶化死亡,总死亡率15.0%。结论:对急诊内科昏迷患者进行有效的病因分析能对患者病情的确诊与治疗提供关键的依据。

Objective:To explore the cause,diagnosis and emergency treatment measures of coma patients in emergency internal medicine.Methods:80 patients with coma were selected,and we summed up the causes,clinical manifestations and treatment methods of the disease.Results:In 80 patients,coma causes were acute poisoning,primary brain lesions,secondary brain lesions,diabetes and other causes.4 patients died in the first aid process;8 patients died due to sudden deterioration of the condition in the course of hospitalization;the overall mortality rate was 15% .Conclusion:Effective analysis of the causes of coma patients in the emergency internal medicine can provide the key basis for the diagnosis and treatment of the patient's condition.
