右美托咪定与丙泊酚联用在老年患者无痛胃镜麻醉中的效果及安全性

The efficacy and safety of dexmedetomidine combined with propofol during anesthesia in painless gastroscopy in elderly patients

目的:探讨、分析右美托咪定与丙泊酚联用在老年患者无痛胃镜麻醉中的效果及安全性。方法:收治行无痛胃镜的老年患者60例,平分为两组。予以丙泊酚麻醉的患者设为参照组,予以右美托咪定与丙泊酚联合的患者设为研究组,比对麻醉效果。结果:经不同方法麻醉后,研究组患者不同时点的生命体征指标同参照组比对明显较优,苏醒时间同参照组比对明显较短,不良事件发生率同参照组比对较低,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在老年患者无痛胃镜麻醉中应用右美托咪定联合丙泊酚,效果理想,安全性较高。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of dexmedetomidine combined with propofol combined anesthesia in painless gastroscopy in elderly patients.Methods:60 elderly patients with painless gastroscopy were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The patients who were given propofol anesthesia were selected as the reference group,while patients who were given dexmedetomidine and propofol were selected as the study group.We compared the anesthesia effect.Results:After different methods of anesthesia,the indexes of vital signs at different time points in the study group were significantly better than those of the reference group;the recovery time was significantly shorter than the reference group;the incidence of adverse events was lower than that of reference group;the data between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Dexmedetomidine combined with propofol in the anesthesia of elderly patients with painless gastroscopy has ideal effect,with high security.
