组合微创技术治疗腰椎间盘突出伴不稳的可行性分析

Feasibility analysis of combined minimally invasive technique for the treatment of lumbar disc protrusion with instability

目的:探讨椎间孔镜联合Wallis治疗腰椎间盘突出症伴不稳的疗效及可行性。方法:收治腰椎间盘突出伴腰椎不稳患者32例,随机分为A组和B组,A组采用单纯Wallis棘突间内固定术治疗,B组采用椎间孔镜联合Wallis治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,B组的优良率及VAS和ODI评分改善程度均优于A组。结论:椎间孔镜联合Wallis治疗腰椎间盘突出症伴不稳的疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the curative effect and feasibility of percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy combined with Wallis in the treatment of lumbar disc protrusion with instability.Methods:32 patients with lumbar disc protrusion and instability were selected.They were randomly divided into the A group and the B group.The A group was treated with singleWallis interspinous fixation.The B group was treated by percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy combined with Wallis.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:After treatment,the excellent and good rate and the improvementof VAS and ODI scores of B group were better than those of A group.Conclusion:The curative effect of percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy combined with Wallis in the treatment of lumbar disc protrusion with instability was significant.
