针灸与吞咽训练治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的研究

Acupuncture and swallowing training in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke

目的:探讨针灸与吞咽训练对脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者的影响效果。方法:收治脑卒中伴有吞咽障碍患者122例,按照随机数字表法将其分为A、B两组,各61例,其中A组进行吞咽训练,B组在A组基础上进行针灸治疗。结果:B组总有效率96.72%,高于A组的73.77%(P<0.05)。结论:对脑卒中后吞咽障碍的患者进行针灸与吞咽训练,可较好地改善患者的吞咽障碍情况。

Objective:To explore the effect of acupuncture and swallowing training on dysphagia after stroke.Methods:122 stroke patients with dysphagia.They were divided into the A group and the B group according to the random number table method,with 61 cases in each group.Patients in the A group were treated with swallowing training,while in the B group were treated with acupuncture based on swallowing training given in the A group.Results:The total effective rate of B group was 96.72%,higher than 73.77% of the A group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture and swallowing training for patients with dysphagia after stroke can improve the swallowing disorder.
