红花黄色素治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of safflower yellow in the treatment of vertebral basilar artery insufficiency

目的:探讨红花黄色素注射液联合尼莫地平片治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足的临床疗效。方法:收治椎-基底动脉供血不足患者196例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组采用血塞通注射液治疗,治疗组采用红花黄色素注射液联合尼莫地平片治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组总有效率91.84%,明显高于对照组的77.5%(P<0.05)。治疗组血液速度改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:红花黄色素注射液联合尼莫地平片可有效缓解椎-基底动脉供血不足症状,并可显著改善椎-基底动脉血液速度。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of safflower yellow injection combined with nimodipine tablets in the treatment of vertebral basilar artery insufficiency.Methods:196 patients with vertebral basilar artery insufficiency were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The control group was treated by Xue Sai Tong injection.The treatment group was treated with safflower yellow injection combined with nimodipine tablets.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the treatment group,the total effective rate of 91.84% was significantly higher than 77.5% in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of blood velocity in the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Safflower yellow injection combined with nimodipine tablets can effectively alleviate the symptoms of vertebral basilar artery insufficiency,and it can significantly improve the blood velocity of vertebral basilar artery.
