中药外敷联合理疗治疗急性乳腺炎的观察及护理

Observation and nursing of acute mastitis treated with external application of Chinese medicine and physiotherapy

目的:探讨中药外敷联合理疗治疗早期急性乳腺炎的疗效及护理方法。方法:收治急性乳腺炎患者66例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用青霉素类抗菌药联合常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加用中药外敷联合理疗和综合护理干预,比较两组疗效。结果:观察组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药外敷联合理疗治疗早期急性乳腺炎疗效显著,早期的护理干预和健康指导能提高疗效和防止病情进一步发展。

Objective:To explore the curative effect and nursing method of acute mastitis treated with external application of Chinese medicine and physiotherapy.Methods:66 patients with acute mastitis were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given penicillin antibiotics combined with routine nursing.The observation group added external application of Chinese medicine combined with physiotherapy and comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.We compared the curative effect of two groups.Results:The efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of acute mastitis treated with external application of Chinese medicine and physiotherapy was significant.Early nursing intervention and health guidance can improve the curative effect and prevent the further development of the disease.
