温馨助产护理干预对产妇分娩及产后出血的临床观察

Clinical observation of warm midwifery nursing intervention on childbirth and postpartum hemorrhage

目的:探讨温馨助产护理对产妇分娩及产后的出血影响。方法:收治分娩产妇200例,按照时间先后顺序分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规助产护理,观察组给予温馨助产干预。结果:观察组产妇产后出血更少,分娩时间更短,对医护人员的满意度也更好。结论:温馨助产护理可以极大地提升产妇分娩成功率,更加科学地控制产程时间,减少产后出血等并发症。

Objective:To investigate the effect of warm midwifery care on maternal childbirth and postpartum hemorrhage.Methods:200 delivery women were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to thetime sequence.Patients in the control group were received routine obstetric care,while in the observation group were given warm midwifery intervention.Results:The postpartum hemorrhage was less in the observation group;the delivery time was shorter;the satisfaction of medical staff was also better.Conclusion:Warm midwifery care can enhance the success rate of maternal delivery greatly,and control the time of birth process more scientific,in order to reduce postpartum hemorrhage and other complications.
