脑梗死患者332例的护理体会

Nursing experience of 332 patients with cerebral infarction

目的:探讨对脑梗死患者进行整体护理的临床效果。方法:对脑梗死患者采取严密的病情观察、并发症的观察及护理、饮食护理、用药护理、康复护理以及心理护理等护理措施,观察临床效果。结果:本组332例患者中,治愈好转率达90%,死亡率约1%,自动出院9%,整体护理提高了患者的治愈好转率以及生活质量。结论:脑梗死的护理在疾病控制及康复过程中起到了很重要的作用,整体护理对改善和提高患者的生活质量有显著的意义,通过健康宣教和心理指导,消除和减轻患者的负面心理,使患者保持积极的心态,配合治疗,促进疾病早日康复。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of holistic nursing for patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:The patients with cerebral infarction were given close observation,observation and nursing of complications,diet nursing,medication nursing,rehabilitation nursing and psychological nursing.The clinical effect was observed.Results:In 332 cases of this group, the cure and improvement rate was 90%,the mortality rate was about 1%,and the automatic discharge was 9%.The holistic nursing improvedthe cure and improvement rate,the life quality of patients.Conclusion:Cerebral infarction nursing has the very important role indisease control and rehabilitation process.The holistic nursing has a great significance in the improvement of life quality of patients,through the health education and psychological guidance eliminate and reduce the negative psychology of patients,enable patients to maintain a positive attitude with the treatment,promote the recovery of disease.
