摘要
目的:探讨和分析妇产科护理中应用优质护理服务模式的实践效果。方法:收治产妇150例,随机平分两组,对照组产妇行常规护理模式,观察组行优质护理服务模式。结果:两组产妇在采取护理干预后SAS、SDS得分都明显低于护理前(P<0.05),护理干预后观察组产妇SAS、SDS得分都明显低于对照组产妇(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理应用于妇产科护理中,能有效改善产妇负面情绪及提高护理满意度。
Objective:To explore and analyze the application of quality nursing service mode in obstetrics and gynecology nursing.Methods:150 parturient woman were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group was given routine nursing mode.The observation group was treated with high quality nursing service mode.Results:After taking care ofthe two groups,the scores of SAS and SDS were significantly lower than those before nursing(P<0.05).After nursing intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:High quality nursing care in obstetrics and gynecology nursing can effectively improve maternal negative emotions and improve nursing satisfaction.
