快速康复护理在胃癌围手术期中的作用

The effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in the perioperative period of gastric cancer

目的:研究快速康复护理在胃癌围手术期中的作用。方法:收治胃癌患者76例,随机平分为两组,观察组围术期实施快速康复护理,对照组围术期实施常规护理,对两组的护理效果进行对比分析。结果:观察组术前的SAS评分及SDS评分明显低于对照组且正常(P<0.05);观察组术后排气时间、下床时间和住院时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症的发生情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将快速康复护理应用于胃癌围手术期护理中,能够有效缓解患者术前的不良心理,对术后恢复具有重要意义。

Objective:To study the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in the perioperative period of gastric cancer.Methods:76 patients with gastric cancer were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The patients in the observation group were given rapid rehabilitation care during perioperative period.Routine nursing care was given to the control group during the perioperative period.The nursing effect of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were normal and significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative exhaust time,out of bed time and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly better than that ofthe control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of rapid rehabilitation nursing in perioperative nursing of patients with gastric cancer can effectively relieve the preoperative adverse psychological,and it is of great significance for the postoperative recovery of patients with gastric cancer.
