摘要
目的:探讨在临床护理工作中如何规避护患纠纷。方法:收集护患纠纷案件34例。其中护理人员专业技能导致的护理纠纷案件11例,护理人员服务态度导致的护理纠纷案件16例,护理工作人员疏忽导致的护理纠纷案件7例。分析护患纠纷的原因,提出防范措施。结果:防范措施的制定有效减少了各科室各类临床护理纠纷的发生。结论:通过制定防范措施可以让广大护理工作者正确面对护患纠纷,并尽量减少护患纠纷的发生。
Objective:To discussion how to avoid disputes between nurses and patients in clinical nursing work.Methods:34 cases of nurse patient disputes were selected,among them,11 cases were nursing disputes caused by professional skills of nursing staff,nursing dispute cases caused by the service attitude of nursing staff in 16 cases,7 cases of nursing dispute cases caused by the negligence of the nursing staff.We analyzed the causes of nurse patient disputes,and put forward the preventive measures.Results:The preventive measures that effectively reduce the development of various types of clinical care disputes.Conclusion:Through the development of preventive measures can make the majority of nursing workers face nurse-patient disputes,and minimize the occurrence of nurse-patient disputes.
