大型客机座舱内空气环境控制的关键科学问题研究中期报告

摘要 大型客机座舱空气环境是国际热点研究问题,我国的大型客机项目对安全、健康、舒适座舱环境研究的需求紧迫。该研究针对国际航空界的最新关注点和研发大型客机的重大需求,重点解决大型客机座舱空气环境控制的两个关键科学问题:(1)座舱环境空气非定常分布与污染物非线性传递机理;(2)座舱环境多场耦合的物理特征与多参数目标控制的原理。并围绕上述关键科学问题,开展了6个方面的研究:(1)座舱空气非定常流动特征及数值模拟策略;(2)低压座舱内多种污染物产生和扩散的非线性规律;(3)座舱空气质量与热舒适系统实验评估准则;(4)座舱环境设计参数体系与适航标准的符合性验证方法;(5)座舱环境多场耦合反向设计基本原理;(6)座舱环境控制系统全飞行状态的动态调节机理。 Large airliner cabin air environment is an international hotspot issues, China's large aircraft project on safety, health,environmental studies demand urgent and comfortable cabin. In this study, the latest focus of the international aviation community and the development of a large airliner significant demand, focus on resolving two key scientific issues airliner cabin air environment control: (1)the cabin ambient air pollutant distribution and unsteady nonlinear transfer mechanism; (2)more than the physical characteristics of the cockpit environment coupled with the principle of multi-parameter target control. And around these key scientific issues, carried out the research six areas: (1)numerical simulation strategy for unsteady airflow in cabins; (2)the nonlinear emission and transport mechanism of pollutants in low pressure cabin; (3)cabin air quality and thermal comfort systems experimental evaluation criteria; (4)cabin environment design parameter system and compliance verification of airworthiness standard; (5)multifield coupling reverse cockpit environment design rationale; (6)the cabin environmental control systems dynamic adjustment mechanism of the whole flight status.
