高职院校国际化管理特征及机制构建问题探讨

On the Characteristics and Mechanism Construction of International Management in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校国际化管理是通过有效的规范和转化方式,为实现院校国际化发展目标而制定的系统配套的制度和管理机制,具有系统化、多元化和重效益的特征。目前,我国高职院校国际化管理存在国际化战略规划的有效性受限、教师参与国际化过程的主动性缺失、资源配置缺乏标准和依据等问题。据此,应组织力量形成整合式的国际化战略管理机制,激活基层力量建成多元参与的国际化运行机制并发挥评估作用建立跟踪式的内部资源配置机制。

The internationalization of management in higher vocational colleges is realized through effective regulation and transformation, the supporting system and management mechanism for the realization of international institutions and development goals, with the systematic, diversified and efficient characteristics. At present, the internationalization management of higher vocational colleges in China has limited effectiveness of international strategic planning, lacks of teachers' participation, there’realso some problems with resource allocation and lack of standard basis. Accordingly, the mechanism ofinternational strategic management research organization formed integrated power, activated the basicpower building international operation mechanism of multi participation and played evaluation function to set up internal resource allocation mechanism.
