闽台职业教育产学合作培养模式比较分析

A Comparative Analysis of Fujian and Taiwan Industry-University Cooperation in Vocational Education

近年来,大陆地区通过实践探索,初步形成了以订单式、工学交替、校校企联合等多种产学合作人才培养模式,为推进大陆地区职业教育发展和人才培养模式改革打下良好基础。但是,与台湾高等技职教育相比特别是在法律制度建设、运行机制的完善及师资力量方面,还有待完善。因此,合理借鉴台湾地区在高等技职教育方面办学的成功经验,对于大陆地区职业教育发展具有举足轻重的作用。

In recent years, through practice and exploration, many cooperative talent cultivation modes including the ordering mode, the engineering alternation, college and enterprise cooperation, etc. have been initially formed in China's Mainland, laying a good foundation for the promotion of talents cultivation reform.Yet it remains to be perfected compared with Taiwan higher vocational education, especially in the construction of legal system, the perfection of operating mechanism and competitive faculty. Drawing on the successful experiences of Taiwan Region in higher technical and vocational education therefore plays a decisive role in the development of vocational education in China's Mainland.
