摘要
多模态英语教学顺应了现代社会多模态化的趋势,有助于提高学生的英语技能和学习兴趣,培养学生的多模态话语交际能力。利用问卷调查和教师访谈的方法调查了高职公共英语多模态教学的现状,发现在课堂和课外教学上,多模态教学理念得到了一定程度的应用,但是总体来说形式较为单一,尚未形成完善的、体现高职英语教学目标的多模态英语教学体系。高职英语教师需增强多模态教学意识,进行多模态的教学资料输入,注重非语言媒体信息的效用,加强课外基于网络平台的多模态教学。
The multimodal English teaching is in accordance with development of multimodal society. It can promote the learners’ English level and learning interests. The present situation of the multimodal teaching in higher vocational colleges has been researched by questionnaire and teachers’ interview. It shows that the multimodal claims have been applied in the English teaching to a certain degree, but the ways are not varied, and the whole system of multimodal teaching hasn’t been established. The English teachers of higher vocational colleges should raise the awareness of the multimodal teaching, use multimodal input, pay attention to the effects of the non-lingual information and emphasize the extracurricular multimodal teaching based on the Internet.
