我国电子商铺空间分布的影响因素——基于淘宝网电子商铺的研究

Research on the Influence Factors of Spatia Distribution of China's E-shops

结合我国电子商铺的分布特征及新地理经济学的相关理论,构造计量模型,并根据2003—2015年淘宝网的面板数据,实证分析我国不同区域电子商铺分布的主要影响因素。研究发现,人力资本是决定电子商铺分布的重要因素;政府对经济的参与度和工业集中度对东西部电子商务发展的影响比较显著,但因东西部处于不同的经济发展阶段,产生的作用也有所不同;本地市场需求规模对电子商铺的分布在电子商铺发展初期作用显著;交通物流环境对中西部省份来说仍是一个比较重要的影响因素。因此,必须综合考虑各种因素,一方面发展经济,改善外部环境,如提升人力资本,完善交通、物流基础设施等;另一方面尽可能地完善相关政策和制度,全面促进电子商务发展。

Combined with the characteristics of China's e- shop spatial distribution and the related theories of new geographic economics,the author formulate a metric model and empirically analyzes the main influencing factors of e- shop spatial distribution in China according to the panel data of Taobao from 2003 to 2015. It is found that human resources is the important determinant of e- shop distribution;governments' involvement in economy and industrial concentration ratio has comparatively significant impact on the development of e-commerce in the western and eastern regions of China depending on the different economic stage;local market demand has important effect on e- shop distribution in the primary stage of e- shop development;and the transportation and logistics environment is the key influencing factor for the central and western regions. So we must fully consider different kinds of factors,on one hand,we should promote economic development and improve the external environment,such as the improvement of human resources,and the infrastructure of transportation and logistics;on the other hand,we should perfect related policies and regulations,and fully promote the development of e-commerce.
