摘要
根据某天然气处理厂酸性气工艺设计,采用Pro Treat软件建模分析和优化,研究了吸收塔贫液温度、塔内件类型和再生塔的工艺参数,结果表明:选择不同的溶剂和塔内件,净化气脱除效果有所不同。再沸器负荷和富胺溶液进再生塔温度是影响贫胺溶液再生质量的主要因素。提高再沸器负荷对再生塔内的每个塔板处的温度均有影响,而富胺溶液进塔温度升高只对入口处的温度有显著影响。
Based on the purification process of a sweetening plant,model is established and simulated by using ProTreat software to analyze parameters of absorber and regenerator,for example,lean solvent temperature,internal column type and reboiler process paratemeters etc.The results show that different selection of solvent and internal column part brings different removal effect of purification gas,and the capacity of reboiler and the temperature of rich amine solution to regenerator are the main factors to decide the regeneration quality of lean amine solution.Increasing the reboiler capacity can affect the temperature of each plate in regenerator and increasing the temperature of rich amine solution to regenerator can only affect the temperature of entry plate.
