摘要
论文建立了钢质与碳纤维两种密度和弹性系数不同的抽油杆组成的混合杆柱的优化设计方法,能够较好计算出混合杆柱的运动规律,预测混合杆柱组合下的活塞行程等参数,采用论文所建立的设计方法,经现场应用,取得较好效果。
This paper establishes the optimized design method of the mixed sucker rod string consisted of steer rod and carbon fiber rod,whose density and elasticity are totally different. The method can be used for calculating the rules of string movement with relatively high accuracy and forecasting parameters under the coupled condition of the mixed pumping rod,such as the stroke. The designation method proposed in this paper achieved optimistic results through its field application.
