摘要
本文介绍了LZ-5G型助燃-脱硝剂在燕山石化Ⅱ套催化裂化装置的应用。在原料性质相近、主要操作参数保持平稳的情况下,当LZ-5G保持在系统总藏量1.5%时,可使催化烟气中NOx质量浓度降低至50~100mg/m^3,LZ-5G脱氮率达到70%以上。
This paper introduces the application of LZ-5G combustion supporting and denitration agent in FCC 2unit of Yanshan Petrochemical company. The results show that the mass concentration of NOx in FCC flue gas decreases to 50-100 mg/m3 and the denitration rate of LZ-5G agent is above 70% when the total volume of LZ-5G agent in catalyst system is kept in 1.5% under the conditions of similar raw materials and stable key operational parameters.
