摘要
为了延缓主要淡水养殖病原菌——嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonas hydrophila)的耐药性,以嗜水气单胞菌ATCC 7966为出发菌株,评价了其对恩诺沙星、氟苯尼考、盐酸多西环素、复方硫磺间甲氧嘧啶钠和硫酸新霉素等抗菌药物的敏感性;并以恩诺沙星为受试药物,对ATCC7966进行低浓度耐药性诱导,获得最小抑菌浓度(MIC)提高了256倍的耐药性菌株。测定了茉莉花、薄荷叶、连翘等26种中草药对嗜水气单胞菌耐药性的延缓作用,结果表明:板蓝根、射干、苦参、大青叶、车前草、连翘、黄芩及艾草8种中草药均具有延缓嗜水气单胞菌对恩诺沙星耐药性的作用,其中,连翘延缓耐药性的作用最为明显。复筛实验结果表明,经过20代接种后,连翘实验组的耐药性只上升了2倍(对照组上升了16倍)。
In order to slow down the development of drug resistance of Chinese herbal medicine on Aeromonas hydrophila, a majorpathogen bacterium in aquatic animal, the sensitivity of Aeromonas hydrophila on Enrofloxacin, Florfenicol, Doxycycline hydrochloride,Compound Sulfamonomethoxine Sodium and Neomycin Sulphate was evaluated. Using Enrofloxacin as the model drug, ATCC7966 wasinduced by low concentrations of drug resistance, the minimum inhibitory concentration was rose 256 fold. Twenty six kinds of Chineseherbal medicine were determined to eliminate resistance of Ah, such as jasmine, mint leaves, forsythia and so on. The results revealed thatRadix Isatidis, Rhizoma Belamcandae, Flavescent Sophora Root, Dyers Woad Leaf, Plantain, Forsythia, Scutellaria and Wormwood candelay the resistance of Ah on Enrofloxacin, and Forsythia had obviously elimination effect on Aeromonas hydrophila resistance. The resultof re-sieving test showed that the drug resistance of Forsythia was increased by 2 fold (compared with 16 fold in control group) after 20generations inoculation.
