Investigation and Thinking of Food Industry Development in Fujian

通过调查福建省食品工业发展现状,从特色、品牌、产品和创新等视角分析了福建省食品工业迅猛发展的主要特征,对未来食品工业发展趋势进行了展望,进而提出福建省食品工业健康持续发展的产业集群升级转型、强化诚信质量意识、实施品牌发展战略和重视科技创新的4个建议。

After investigating the current situation of food industry development in Fujian Province, the main reasons to promote the rapiddevelopment of food industry in Fujian was analyzed from such perspectives as characteristic, brand, product and innovation, then thefuture development trend in food industry was prospected. At last, four suggestions about healthy and continuous development of Fujianfood industry were made as following: promoting industrial cluster upgrading and transforming, enhancing integrity and quality awareness,implementing brand development strategies and attaching great importance to science technological innovation.
