基于离散元法的棉花勺式排种器排种性能模拟 被引量:9

摘要 为了研究棉花勺式排种器排种性能,探讨影响排种器粒距合格率和重播、漏播率的因素,建立了棉花勺式排种器的离散元仿真模型,应用EDEM软件对棉花勺式排种器工作过程中棉籽的运动过程进行了仿真分析,通过分析棉花勺式排种器排种过程,明确了棉籽的运动规律和出现重播、漏播情况主要与充种、护种和递种的过程发生异常有关,涉及的主要参数有勺匙曲面半径、勺匙角度、勺匙前斜面角度和排种盘转速等。在相同工况下,进行台架验证试验,结果表明,仿真和台架试验结果基本一致,说明采用离散元法分析棉花勺式排种器排种性能,可以为进一步优化排种器提供依据。 In order to study the performance of seeding for the cotton scoop-type seed-metering device and the influencing factors of the qualified rate, the replay and the leakage sowing rate for grain distance of seed-metering device, the discrete element simulation model of cotton scoop-type seed-metering device was established. The movement process of cotton seed was analyzed by EDEM software when the scoop-type seed-metering device worked. By analyzing the process of seeding for the scoop-type seed-metering device, the movement process of cottonseed, the replay and the leakage sowing were related to the process of filling, protecting and transferring , and it referred to the factors of the surface radius, the angle, the front slope angle of spoon and the rotation speed disc. The bench test was carried out under the same conditions. It showed that the simulation results were in agreement with the experimental results and the performance of seeding for the scoop-type seed-metering device with the discrete element method can provide a reference for the further optimization of the seed-metering device.
